Illinois Secretary of State Hearings | LICENSE REINSTATEMENT
Anchor employs a specialized team for Secretary of State hearings.
If your driverís license has been suspended or revoked, you may need to have a hearing at the Secretary of State to obtain a restricted driverís permit (RDP) or to regain full driving privileges. Informal hearings are generally for those who have been arrested for one DUI. Formal hearings are required for petitioners who have more than one DUI arrest, has had multiple losses of driving privileges, and/or has been involved in an accident in which someone has been injured.
In order to attend a Secretary of State hearing, a Petitioner will need to present a drug/alcohol evaluation that has been completed within the past six months, a treatment needs assessment and documentation of treatment (or a treatment waiver, if applicable). Some Petitioners may require additional documentation to proceed with their hearing. Anchor will work with both you and your attorney, provide all required documentation and a Secretary of State hearing orientation.
